Please attention that you have to send the FORM from the email address which is already registered for your live account at FxPro or used for the MYFX.PRO.
The registration is only possible if you have not traded your account.
If you have already traded your account, you will have to open another one, which you can do in your MyFx.Pro and fill out the above form.
